Ryan Baxter is Managing Partner of Perennial Capital Partners. Ryan has significant experience in buying and building businesses as an entrepreneur, operator and investor over a 20 year career.

Prior to Perennial, Ryan was Co-Founder and Co-CEO of a leading provider of non-medical home care services. Ryan was responsible for developing the overall strategic vision, building a best-in-class team and leading operations to deliver industry-leading customer service and quality care. The company was a 4-time member of the Inc. 500/5000 List of Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America before being acquired by North America’s largest premium provider of in-home care.

Prior to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Ryan was a private equity investor with Odyssey Investment Partners, a leading private equity investment firm with a long history of partnering with skilled managers and using its buy, build and integrate approach to transform middle-market companies into more efficient and diversified businesses with strong growth profiles. Ryan worked directly with CEOs, COOs, CFOs and other senior leadership at portfolio companies with aggregate revenue of ~$500 million.

Prior to Odyssey, Ryan was an investment banker with Bank of America in the Financial Sponsors Group, where he focused on providing financing and advisory services for private equity clients across a wide variety of industries. While at Bank of America, Ryan executed ~$14 billion of leveraged finance transactions for leading private equity firms.

Ryan received a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
